Candle Refills

One of the many advantages of purchasing our coconut shell candles is the ability to refill them with a new candle. Here's all you need to know about how our candle refills work.

On our website, complete your purchase of a coconut shell candle refill.
We'll email you a shipping label to print and attach to your packaged coconut shell cup after your order is verified. Please make sure your coconut cup is carefully packaged to avoid damage when shipping to us. This can be aided by utilising as much of the original packaging as possible.
We'll take care of cleaning your coconut cup. If you want to clean it yourself, see our Candle Care + Tips page for details.
It may take 3-5 business days to get candle refill orders fulfilled. You will receive another email with your tracking number once it has been dispatched.

Candle Refill Terms & Conditions: 1) Coconut shell refills apply for coconut shell candles purchased from 31st March 2022. 2) Available only in our Cole Lab coconut shells which have our branding on each shell. 3) Coconut shell candle refills can take 3-5 business days fulfil. 4) It is the customers responsibility to ensure the packaging of the coconut shell is damage-proof when sending your shell back to us for a refill. We will not proceed with a refill on a damaged coconut shell and will contact you via email to let you know. In this instance we will send your coconut shell back to you and refund you for the cost of the refill only. Postage fees remain non-refundable. 5) NZ Post is our preferred courier service.
